If you are a new client, please make sure to follow the link in your confirmation of booking email and fill out your new client paperwork by 9pm the night before your appointment. If I don’t receive your paperwork by then, your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll be charged a cancellation fee. I ask that you give me at least 24 hours when needing to cancel or reschedule. If you don’t show up for your appointment or are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no show and you’ll be charged 50% of the original service charge. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment start time, you’ll be charged 50% of the original service charge. **All new clients are required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit for their appointment to be accepted. This deposit will go toward your service when you come in. If you do not come in for your appointment, this deposit will be used for your cancellation fee. To book another appointment, you will have to pay another 50% deposit.
